Puly Grind® Coffee Grinder Cleaner — cleaning the grinder without disassembly
Crystals you run through the grinder and they pull settled coffee and rancid oils out of the burrs and grinding chamber. Clean burrs = consistent grind size and no unpleasant notes in the cup. A large 405 g tub for a whole season of service.
Absorbs oils
Fine crystals with high absorbency — they soak up fats and oils that go rancid after a few hours and spoil the coffee's taste.
Restorer — restores performance
They pass between flat and conical burrs, clear them of build-up and restore their original cut. In a few seconds.

How to do it — weekly burr cleaning
1 dose of Puly Grind
into the grinding chamber
Fill the hopper with beans
ordinary coffee
Grind 3–5 seconds
grind until it comes out clean — then discard
Discard the first two doses of ground coffee after cleaning, then grind normally.
How often
For consistent quality the manufacturer recommends cleaning the burrs every 24–36 hours of operation — in a café therefore ideally as regular weekly grinder maintenance (more often in a busy operation).
Good espresso starts with clean burrs. Rancid oils in the grinder are the most common hidden taste killer.
Tip: for the hopper and the upper part of the grinder use Puly Grind Hopper Cleaner — the crystals handle the burrs, the spray handles the rest.
