Returns and complaints
Always return the goods in their original condition, if it is damaged or dirty in any way, we will be forced to deduct the damage fee from the amount returned. In the case of an exchange of goods, an invoice will be sent to you before sending, quantifying the damage caused, or we will send the shipment cash on delivery with the amount corresponding to the damage caused. You will always be notified of this fact by phone or email in advance.
Do not send returns and Complaints by cash on delivery, such shipments will not be processed.
