Pure coconut water from young green coconuts, harvested on our own organic farm in the Mekong River delta (Ben Tre region, Vietnam). No added sugar, preservatives or aromas — the only ingredient is the water from the nut. In a 1l Tetra Pak, the ideal ingredient for matcha cloud drinks, smoothies and iced bars.
Young green coconuts
Harvested before full maturity — the water has a gentler profile and a higher electrolyte content than from ripened fruit.
No concentrate
It is not diluted from concentrate. No added sugar, preservatives, colourings or fats.
Own organic farm
Ben Tre, the Mekong River delta. No industrial fertilisers or chemical pesticides. Ethical harvesting without the use of animals.
A litre for the bar
Tetra Pak 1 l, box of 12. From one pack you prepare roughly 10× a 100 ml iced drink.
How it tastes
Lightly sweet with a mineral undertone, without tropical heaviness. It works on its own as a refresher and as a neutral base for matcha, fruit and citrus. The cooler version tastes better — we recommend serving it from the fridge.
Tips for the operation
- Cloud drinks: coconut water as the base layer, whisked matcha on top — it holds the colour even over ice.
- Mocktails: it replaces tonic in lighter compositions and gives a gentler finish than lemonades.
- Watch the acidity: with very acidic ingredients (lemon, yuzu) it may cloud slightly — better use it as a bottom layer, not in the shaker.
- Post-shift hydration: it replenishes electrolytes after a long shift or a workout.
