MOMO – accessory for preparing matcha
A whisk that keeps its shape.
The bamboo chasen whisk decides the foam, but only as long as the prongs keep their shape. On the porcelain kusenaoshi stand it dries head down: the prongs open out gently, air can get through, and with proper care the whisk lasts years instead of weeks. After whisking, simply rinse it in clean water without detergent and set it on the stand.
