BWT Aquadial — a cabinet softener for the whole operation
An automatic softening station that protects against limescale the entire water circuit — coffee machines, dishwashers, boilers, combi ovens. Ion exchange removes calcium and magnesium from the water and the station regenerates itself with salt. A compact cabinet design where the salt tank and resin are in one body.
Protection of the whole circuit
One device softens the water for all appliances downstream — coffee machine, dishwasher, boiler and combi oven.
Automatic regeneration
The station renews itself with salt, without operator intervention. You just top up the regeneration salt.
Less limescale
By removing calcium and magnesium it fundamentally reduces deposits — longer equipment life, less servicing and descaling.
Compact cabinet
Resin and salt tank in one body — a small footprint, easy installation under the counter or in the back of house.
How softening works
Water flows through a vessel with ion-exchange resin, which exchanges calcium and magnesium ions (hardness) for sodium. Once the resin is saturated, the station automatically regenerates with brine and is ready to continue. The result is permanently soft water without limescale.
Which size to choose
Choose the size according to the peak flow rate of your operation — how much water you need at the busiest moment. A larger station handles a higher flow and a longer interval between regenerations.
